HR Intern / Temp Assistant (6 months contract)
Overview
We are looking for an Intern / Temporary Assistant to join us in the HR operations team in various business units. This role focuses mainly on payroll and recruitment, where the individual is required to take on responsibilities that help with the start-to-end processes of both.
Job overview
Payroll:
- Process monthly payroll matters (start to end)
- Handle payroll related claims, such as NS pay, childcare leave, maternity leave
Recruitment:
- Provide recruitment support
- Administer onboarding processes and other HR administration duties
- Support HR system migration and roll out
- Participate in process improvement projects
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business or other related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in using SuccessFactors
- Familiar with Employment Act (EA)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Logical thinking
- Good excel skills
- IT Savvy
