The Role

We are looking for a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer who believes design starts with an idea, not just execution.

At Knoxx, designers are thinkers as much as makers. You should be someone who enjoys shaping concepts, exploring visual possibilities, and collaborating with the creative team to craft compelling experiences for brands.

You are curious about new tools, comfortable experimenting, and excited to integrate AI into your creative workflow to push ideas further and work smarter.


What You'll Do

Contribute to concept development and creative ideation for events, exhibitions, and brand experiences.

Translate ideas into strong visual expressions across key visuals, spatial graphics, digital content, and event collaterals.

Work closely with the Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, and project teams to shape and refine creative ideas.

Develop mood boards, visual explorations, and storytelling references that help bring concepts to life.

Use AI tools as part of the creative process — from ideation to visual experimentation.

Prepare artwork and production-ready files for print, fabrication, and digital applications.

Maintain a high level of craft, attention to detail, and design consistency across all deliverables.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative agency, experiential studio, or design environment.

  • A designer who can think conceptually, not just execute briefs.

  • Strong foundation in layout, typography, and visual composition.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to enhance the creative process.

  • Ability to collaborate, communicate ideas clearly, and work in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • A genuine interest in experiential design, storytelling, and brand experiences.

  • Bonus Skills (Experience designing for events, exhibitions, or spatial environments)
