Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee the Company’s end-to-end supply chain, inventory planning, warehouse operations, procurement coordination, and logistics activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory management, improving operational efficiency, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting overall business operations through effective supply chain strategies and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall supply chain, warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations of the Company.

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies, inventory control procedures, and operational workflows.

• Plan and manage demand forecasting, inventory replenishment, and material planning to ensure optimal stock levels.

• Analyse inventory trends, stock movement, consumption patterns, and operational data to support business planning and decision-making.

• Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of materials, spare parts, and operational supplies.

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management activities.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained in the system.

• Coordinate closely with purchasing, sales, operations, workshop, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock management through regular stock audits and cycle counts.

• Utilize ERP systems and inventory management software to monitor stock movement, inventory performance, and operational reporting.

• Identify supply chain risks, inventory discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.

• Optimize warehouse operations, storage utilization, and inventory processes to improve efficiency and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

• Prepare inventory, warehouse, and supply chain reports for management review and strategic planning.

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and customer service team to achieve operational goals and performance targets.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across supply chain activities.

• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, warehouse, inventory, or logistics management.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory planning, demand forecasting, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.

• Experience in inventory replenishment, material planning, and stock optimization.

• Proficient in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities effectively.

• Experience in automotive, engineering, heavy equipment, or spare parts industry will be an added advantage.

• Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be preferred.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, customers, and workers.
