Admin/Account Executive
Job Summary
Responsible for managing daily administrative operations and handling accounting functions to ensure smooth office management and accurate financial records.
Administrative Duties
Manage general office administration and daily operations
Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and document filing
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, letters, and administrative documentation
Maintain company records and ensure proper document control
Accounting Duties
Handle full or partial sets of accounts, depending on company requirements.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and credit notes.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
Prepare GST/VAT submissions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
Follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in administration and accounting
Experience with Xero accounting software will be highly preferred
Eligibility: Singaporean/PR/EP/WP
Benefits
Annual Leave: 7 days (Based on relevant working experience)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
