12-Months Renewable Contract, Up to $6,000/month
Monday - Friday, 8:15AM to 5PM
1-month bonus + 18 days of Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Corporate Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for a full spectrum of recruitment activities from sourcing, interview, salary negotiation, onboarding to offboarding support
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Build strong internal talent pipelines for both technical, operations and specialized positions
Ensure smooth communication and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource, or related field
Minimum 5 years of internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Experience hiring for technical roles within high-end manufacturing / semiconductor / engineering / data centre industries preferred
Familiar with ATS systems such as Workday or any HR related system
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
