Assistant Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing/Up to $7k+AWS+VB) JF

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Engineering and Maintenance team.

• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and energy utilization.

• Collaborate closely with Production and Plant Managers on maintenance projects and equipment upgrades.

• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure safe and timely execution of maintenance works.

• Review and approve Permit-to-Work activities.

• Conduct plant safety inspections and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

• Develop and implement risk assessments, safe work procedures, and safety improvement initiatives.

• Lead training and development programs for maintenance personnel.

• Prepare maintenance reports, project updates, and departmental performance summaries.

• Support factory management in engineering projects and operational excellence initiatives.
