Job Description

Duration: June/July to December 2026

Allowance ranges from SGD 650 – SGD 2,000 (dependent on level of education)

Location: Tukang, Singapore

You'll be responsible for driving the sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific. This role involves implementing regional sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, supporting product launches, and collaborating closely with marketing and regulatory teams to expand market presence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific, while implementing regional sales strategies and identifying market trends.
  • Managing new product launches and collaborating with Global Marketing on promotion concepts, seminars, conferences, and roadshows to increase market penetration.
  • Monitoring and assessing regulatory impacts (especially cybersecurity) on marine propulsion, recommending next steps and supporting related research programmes with regulators and institutes.
  • Supporting sales planning, forecasting, and data consolidation by coordinating with regional subsidiaries and distributors to ensure accurate and timely revenue and order data.
  • Preparing management reports on sales targets and achievements, driving action plans based on Marine team feedback.
  • Providing event support for maritime expos and marketing initiatives, and contributing to strategic initiatives like APAC growth plans and pricing strategies.

Who we’re looking for:

  • University students with an Engineering/Business degree
  • Mechanical Engineering and Business Development/Economics background
  • Fluent in English language
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and appreciates teamwork
  • Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) office
