E-Commerce Operations

1.    To ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of all orders at ISC by:

a.    Picking of items from the shop floor

b.    Packing of orders as per customer’s requirements

c.     Dispatching orders to the designated customer collection point

d.    Identifying package(s) for GHR flights.

2.    To operate and manage the whole process of Order Fulfilment system

 3.    To prepare all documents related to ISC

a.    Delivery Note

b.    Collection Note

4.    To clearly segregate and/or deliver the packages to the designated customer’s collection point:

a.    Collection Centers for Departure Orders

b.    Arrival Shops for Arrival Orders

c.     Central Shop for GHR Orders

5.    To monitor and collect any returned and cancelled packages and ensure proper documentation

6.    To ensure that Security Tamper Evident Bag is utilized and monitored with great accuracy and of high security

7. Able to work on weekend/PH, shift rotating

Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned
