Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

By registering or taking part in this Jobstreet by SEEK Career Fair 2025 Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”), you agree to be bound by these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Jobstreet.com Pte. Ltd (“Jobstreet by SEEK”) in relation to and in connection with this Lucky Draw.

Eligibility

1. You must be 18 years and above (as of the start of the Lucky Draw Period) and be a Singaporean citizen, Singapore permanent resident or foreign nationals residing in Singapore with a valid visa or pass, to participate in the Lucky Draw.

2. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, you must redeem a SEEK Quest Card and complete one or all the actions stated:

a. Verified and share your credentials (Digital ID, Career History, Rights to Work) to your Jobstreet profile

b. Take part and complete the basketball game

c. Scan the Community QR code on-ground, follow our community group and share your answer in the featured Community thread post.

d. Update your salary expectation in your Jobstreet profile

3. NRIC or physical work pass must be presented in person to redeem the SEEK Quest Card. Photocopies or digital images of work pass will not be accepted. Participants who fail to present their identification for verification will be deemed ineligible to participate.

4. Each completed action verified by our staff will earn you one (1) Lucky Draw chance.

5. Participants who complete all 6 actions will earn one (1) additional Lucky Draw chance, receiving a total of seven (7) Lucky Draw chances

6. Jobstreet by SEEK has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of participants. Such determination will be final and conclusive and Jobstreet by SEEK is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

7. A participant who fails to provide true, correct and accurate information including valid identification documents when participating in the Lucky Draw shall automatically be disqualified from the Lucky Draws.

Lucky Draw

1. Jobstreet by SEEK shall conduct six (6) rounds of Lucky Draws over two (2) event days, the date and time of which are set out below:

2. Twenty-five (25) eligible participants will be randomly selected for prizes through a manual selection. The Lucky Draw will be conducted using a manual draw methodology, where Tickets will be drawn from a box.

3. The winners must be present and respond when their numbers are called; otherwise, a redraw will be done for the prize.

4. Full name, email address, phone number and proof of identification of the winner must be provided to Jobstreet by SEEK and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prizes.

Prizes

1. The prizes allocated for each of the Draws are as follows:

2. Each eligible participant may only win a maximum of one (1) prize in two-days event, even if the eligible participant is selected as a winner more than once. Jobstreet by SEEK reserves the right to draw a replacement winner if an eligible participant is drawn as a winner more than once. 3. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the prizes become unavailable for any reason, Jobstreet by SEEK reserves the right to substitute for a prize of equal or higher value without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason.

4. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Jobstreet by SEEK should any prize be forfeited, substituted or canceled.

PDPA

1. By participating in this Lucky Draw, all users hereby give consent to Jobstreet by SEEK to:

a) to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to their participation in the Lucky Draw;

b) to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names, social media usernames and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

c) the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

General

1. Jobstreet by SEEK reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Lucky Draw without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason.

2. The decision of Jobstreet by SEEK on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw and these terms and conditions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all participants, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person or cancellation or suspension of the Lucky Draw.

3. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions any brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Lucky Draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

4. Jobstreet by SEEK may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reasons therefore, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify any one or more of these terms and conditions in such manner as Jobstreet by SEEK shall think fit. Jobstreet by SEEK shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any claims, costs, expenses, loss or damage as a result or arising from these terms and conditions or the Lucky Draw or the prize.
