seekMAX is a new learning and community platform on JobStreet’s mobile app. seekMAX focuses on providing free, bite-sized learning content and community support to help you connect with career experts, industry leaders and like-minded peers. To start learning on seekMAX, download the JobStreet app on  IOS or Android.

For Android: Go to Profile tab > Setting > Country & language > Singapore - English

For iOS: Language will be based on device's preferred language; unsupported language will be defaulted to English; to switch country > Profile tab > Setting > Country > Singapore

All the learning videos, online courses and community discussion on seekMAX are free.

You don’t have to register or log in to use seekMAX. If you’re logged in, seekMAX can recommend content based on your preferences, you’ll be able to continue watching videos from where you left off and you are able to comment and post thread on our seekMAX community.

Yes, your personal data in seekMAX is stored within JobStreet and protected with the same stringent security standards.

You won’t be able to download seekMAX content to watch offline for now. We’re working on making this available soon.

The courses on seekMAX aren’t accredited for now. We’re working with employers to provide credentials in the future.

If you are a brand new registered user, your First name and Last name will be empty; go to Profile > Setting > Personal details to put up your first name and last name. When you access seekMAX, the avatar will reflected with the first letter of your First Name; to change your First name and Last name, you may repeat the same steps. If you already have some threads/comments posted prior to the First name amendmend, your First name on the threads/comments will remain the same; and if you post a new thread or new comments after you make the change to your First name, then all the old posts including the new post will be reflected with the latest First name.

AMA is"Ask Me Anything". It's an interactive online Q&A session where the community gets to ask questions to a special guest in our Community space. You get to learn and have some fun while getting insights from these individuals. So, get ready to unleash your curiosity and ask away during our exciting AMA sessions!

On the seekMAX home screen, you can create thread by tapping the [+] icon at the header; choose a topic and put in your question in order to post a thread on seekMAX

To increase the visibility of your post on the trending threads, its ranking will be determined solely by the number of views.

Please refrain from posting any of your personal information on the seekMAX community space to ensure your online safety. If you come across any user posting personal information, please promptly flag the content for our attention.

You may tap on the 3 dotted button at the top right of the post, and select 'Report Thread' or 'Report comment' with the appropriate option. 

If you are unsure on whether to report the content, you may tap on the 'community guideline' for more details

Unfortunately, there's no option to edit your threads at the moment. You may delete your old post and post your thread again.

There really isn't any one way to guarantee that your posts/threads get noticed, here are some helpful tips to get you on the right track:

   Know your audience ⁠Choosing the best categories for your post increases the likelihood of attracting attention. The more relevant your content is to a specific topic, the greater the chances of getting people to interact.

   Follow the rules ⁠Some topics may have guidelines regarding post structure, question formulation, or content inclusion. It's essential for you to know our guidelines to ensure compliance. Also, remember to keep it respectful!
