Inside Sales Representatives sell products and services to businesses and individual consumers. Their primary role is to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and create persuasive sales pitches that showcase the advantages of their products or services. These individuals are responsible for finding new customers and nurturing existing ones to ensure continued growth and success. Unlike other Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives do not physically meet clients face-to-face, instead contacting new and existing customers while in the office or their homes.

How to become an Inside Sales Representative
