- Updating and overseeing the implementation of new business processes.

Process Managers are typically promoted from associate and supervisory roles in the supply chain and manufacturing department. They may progress to upper management and executive positions after demonstrating excellent performance and results as a manager.
How to become a Process Manager
A bachelor degree in a field relevant to your chosen industry and experience are required to work as a Process Manager.
Graduate with a bachelor degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, or another related degree.
Complete an internship in the supply chain or manufacturing industry.
Seek an entry-level job such as Supply Chain Analyst or Process Technician.
Progress to higher positions such as Supply Chain Manager or Director of Supply Chain.
