Production Managers are highly organised professionals who are in charge of charting a production schedule. They make sure that everything runs smoothly and that everybody abides by the given deadline and follows onsite health and safety protocols. Production Managers are also responsible for creating budget plans and implementing them. They take in inventory and make supply orders.

Production Managers have strong leadership and communication skills so they can lead the manpower to a project’s fruition. They must be able to multitask so they can pay attention to several operations at once.
How to become a Production Manager
A formal educational background is necessary to excel in this career. Prior experience in production management is also valuable.
