This position is aimed to provide administration support to service request management and operation excellence in the 1CARE Global Services engaged by the client, to ensure high level of service and quality are met consistently; the jobholder is the main point of contact for all administration/service request with the backend supporting team.Nature And Scope:The incumbent will manage the service request hotline and ensure all service requests, customer correspondences are on tracked and responded to and within service level. The responsibilities include management and tracking of service request, escalation of end-user’s feedback to relevant department, closely work with collection/service center and ensuring the service request are processed on time. In addition to service request and administration role, the incumbent will assist in call center management and finance in basic transactional roles.
