    The good thingsPrevious management knows how to truly appreciate your good did and never fail for you to feel your hard work are valued. They listen to your opinion and if it is a good recommendation they implement it and give recognition. Although we started as small organization but it grows together with the people. We are like family as all have good attitude towards work and colleagues.
    The challengesAfter 4 years they change management and a lot was change. Company grew faster and bigger but forgot about the people specially those that was there who built the company since birth. Since many are new they are focus more on how to impress and prove themselves. The management sees what they just wanted to see. It was totally a different work place, many would like to look for new opportunity.
