The firm started in 1963 as Seow, Lee & Heah and to date has a history of 40 years. In 1997, we were renamed as 3HPArchitects to reflect a new image for the company. Our firm's name, 3HPArchitects, came about as the firm has been affectionately called by many business associates as “Triple H” hence 3H whilst the “P” stands for Partners. The basic architectural service provided by us includes scherratic design, design development, contract documentation, implementation and management. In addition to the basic architectural services, the firm is also experienced in performing advisory and supplementary service such as Project Management, Project Feasibility Studies and Preliminary Cost Estimation, Protracted Negotiation with Planning Authorities, Development Layout and 3-D Stimulation.The firm has worked closely with foreign design consultants where it is necessary to provide the best possible service to its clients. The firm has also participated in projects in countries such as China, Malaysia and Indonesia. In 1999, the firm obtained its ISO 9001 certification, and since the establishment of the firm, 3HPArchitects has completed a wide range of projects, including residential, commerical, institutional and industrial buildings.
