    Tedious, exhausting but fun.
The good thingsIf you are customer oriented person and your base core is frontline, FnB is a dynamic place to work at. Plus, if you are into food, cooking and the likes.
The challengesLong hours of work is not a joke.

    tiring
The good thingsfriendly staff, stand for long hours, required to use ordering system ,throw rubbish, clear tables, take orders, repeat orders, and during the night shift need to do closing, clear cups, keep sauces
The challengesTiring job and stressful environment especially during peak hours, but manageable time slots to work/life balance. Great opportunity for leadership and to learn how to provide service, follow orders, etc.

    Manageable
The good thingsStaff meals are provided so it's a plus, save a couple dollars on food expenses. Medical benefits, sick leave and annual leave. Off days selection is flexible upon request from head chef.
The challengesWhat you would expect from working in a kitchen, it is fast paced so it takes a while getting used to. Team work plays an important role in a kitchen, please avoid politics and gossips. Inflexible working hours. Due to limited manpower, one might need to take over another's shift or work during off days when other's are on leave or called in sick.
