    HistoryThe Accor Plus member loyalty program was established in 1994 as Accor Advantage Plus.From the first office in Sydney, Australia, we’ve grown to the point where we now operate 45 offices in 11 countries across Asia Pacific.In more recent times, the program has expanded into countries such as China, Indonesia and Vietnam enabling our members to visit and explore even more exciting destinations throughout the Asia Pacific region.In 2008, following the launch of Accor Hotels' worldwide loyalty program, the Accor Advantage Plus membership benefits were expanded to include automatic enrolment into Le Club Accorhotels. Today, Accor Plus members can enjoy automatic qualification to Silver membership status within Le Club Accorhotels. Additionally, they can also earn points at more than 2,800 Accor Hotels across 92 countries.In 2015, marking the program's 21st anniversary year, the evolved name Accor Plus was launched together with a fresh and contemporary brand image.ValuesAt Accor Plus, our aim is to inspire and empower our members to experience more, for less.     Very bad working culture
    The good thingsCan't think of much except for staff rate hotel stay.
    The challengesVery unfair treatment. They don't treasure your experience & how much you've contributed. They do much webinar on equality & diversity respect, yet in actual does not respect that from their action. Very difficult to get promotion. It's only a place for stepping stone, not to stay long.

    The good thingsThe good thing is that in this hotel there staff from.this hotel is too good, and if we talk about unity it was fullfill in all management, i came here as a fresher what i have today knowledge about hospitality its just because of my first property where i stamd my self as much .
    The challengesThe challenges for thiis company is that forst of all shortest of staff somewhere and next some staff is not satisfied from.pay scale and also we can say that which staff is working there whose belonging from.out of city these types of challenges seing by company
