Good working environment & culture

The good thingsWas able to sharpen my skills here. Supportive management, exercise transparency and open communication across all. Allows one to builds up multiple skills and will be recognised for the effort contributed. Fast-paced environment, able to get many things done in a day. Colleagues are friendly and supportive too, willing to lend a hand when needed.

The challengesHas to be prompt and good in problem solving, but overall it is manageable as managers always there to support.
