    Equal treatment of employees
    The good thingsThis is the first company where I felt like I've been treated equally. I didn't have to do any job that was not written on my job description. Every instruction was made clear since the beginning so I didn't have a hard time adjusting. Trainings were hands-on and I saw how everyone were extremely organized.
    The challengesThere were some adjustments that I made but it was only for the first week of working here.

    The good thingsI like the enthusiasm that each of the team members were showing. There was not a time that a coworker hesitated to offer help for the the beginners. The work environment was very healthy resulting to increased productivity.
    The challengesThe company was growing so fast, because of it the employees were also challenged to double time to be able to comply our work efficiently.
