    SME company who have lots to improve
    The good thingsManagement should select their employees wisely. Turnover for employees quite high as the boss:management doesn’t based in Singapore. Employees does what they want without any strong supervision.
    The challengesI don't feel confident in the company's performance unless the boss is stationed locally. Otherwise team works on their own and as their wish without proper supervision.
