Bypass this workplace to keep yourself sane
The good thingsYou will get paid on time & standard MOM guide on perks is being followed, thats all.
The challengesYou will be expected to go the extra mile, be talked to loudly, rename to a generic name picked by management so clients do not sense the high turnovers & the most used language is not English, when its English its not easy to understand. CCTV on your backs at all times & proper coaching is lacking.
