A Toxic Work Environment Marred by Poor Management and Unfair Treatment.
The good things1. I demonstrated resilience and perseverance by enduring a challenging work environment, showcasing my ability to cope with difficult situations—an asset I can highlight to future employers. 2. I developed valuable skills and knowledge related to smart manufacturing, even under poor management. I will focus on these specific accomplishments and how they've contributed to my professional growth. 3. I gained enhanced awareness of workplace red flags, which has clarified my expectations for future employers and will aid me in making better career decisions. 4. I am now equipped to advocate for better working conditions and fair treatment for all employees. By sharing my experiences, I can help raise awareness and inspire positive change in the manufacturing industry. 5. This experience has strengthened my motivation to seek a workplace where I am valued and respected, driving me to pursue new opportunities and approach my career goals with renewed determination.
The challenges1. Navigating a Toxic Work Environment: I had to navigate a work environment where unprofessional conduct, micromanagement, and a lack of respect were prevalent. This required me to develop strong coping mechanisms and communication strategies to maintain my productivity and professionalism. 2. Overcoming a Lack of Support: I faced challenges due to a lack of support from management and colleagues. I was often isolated and discouraged from seeking assistance, which forced me to become more resourceful and independent in my problem-solving. 3. Dealing with Unrealistic Expectations: The excessive monitoring and micromanagement created an environment of unrealistic expectations and constant pressure. I had to learn to prioritize tasks effectively and manage my time efficiently under stressful conditions. 4. Addressing Unfair Treatment: I encountered instances of unfair treatment, which impacted my morale and motivation. I had to develop assertiveness skills to address these issues while maintaining a professional demeanor. 5. Working in a Demoralizing Culture: The low compensation, coupled with the negative work environment, created a demoralizing atmosphere. I had to find intrinsic motivation to maintain my performance and focus on my personal growth.

    Stable growth company~
The good thingsStable company, know how to plan for long term sustainable business growth. Benefits is average but it is not worse compare to small companies.
The challengesTry to reward employee in order to retain talent for long term growth. Give more flexibility to employee eg. dont too strictly in clock in and clock out. punishment for lateness will bring down employee's morale. please always take note employee is your asset. try growth with them with some mix more western culture to encourage think out of the box and work in high spirit team. Thank you.
