    Very Demanding, Fast Paced, Empower Employees but Lack of Training and Operation Workflow
    The good thingsManagement trusts employees to take ownership of projects, client support/sales requests. Employees are empowered to make certain decisions without the need to get approval from management if it benefits the company and customers. Allows you to develop and identify your strengths as you have to work independently most of the time. Your views are taken into consideration most of the time. Empathy when it comes to family problems.
    The challengesLack of basic training, no proper onboarding/familiarisation program. “Either you sink or you swim” mentality. Super long working hours. I Management don’t recognise employees going the extra mile to help customers and only focus on the norm. Employees work amongst themselves or the parent company in U.S. as they don’t have someone to turn to in the office when in need of assistance and this may require working till late night due to the time difference.
