A Company Aiming High but Operating Far Behind Modern Standards
    The good thingsHybrid work arrangement
The challengesLeadership lacked direction and accountability, resulting in a stagnant, top‑down culture. Managers prioritised their own comfort over team development, leaving employees with no clear growth opportunities. Processes and workflows were outdated and inefficient, and the technology stack was similarly dated and disorganised. The organisation would benefit from modernising its systems, investing in people, and adopting a more transparent, forward‑looking leadership approach.

The good thingsThe professional ethics of the employees.
The challengesThe compensation and benefits are not well distributed among the regular and contract employees. The company could offer better like annual wage supplements at the end of the year.
