Aidha is a non-profit organisation registered in Singapore. Our mission is to provide financial literacy and self-development skills to foreign domestic workers and lower income women so that they can create sustainable futures for themselves. Started initially under the auspices of UNIFEM (now UN Women), Aidha soon became an organisation in its own right. Since it started in 2006, Aidha has trained more than 3500 women and helped set them on the path of financial sustainability. Our classes are conducted on Sundays at the UWC campus in Dover primarily by volunteer mentors.
