    One of the rare gems
    The good thingsThey promote flexible work arrangements like work from home that also contributes to work-life balance. They also have competitive benefits and fun activities/events for employees. Also, the management doesn't micromanage you.
    The challengesThey provide tools to help you develop yourself and gain new skills/knowledge but they don't have succession planning to help and guide you to advance in your career. You really have to voice out and step up if you want a promotion.

    The good thingsA variety of experience and exposure can be gained through working with different clients. There is great teamwork among the like-minded individuals here, and management are supportive of individuals being authentic and true to ourselves. Career development opportunities are also readily available
    The challengesWork environment is depending on client, and being in a middle-man position in all RPO set-ups, there is always challenges trying to strike a balance in doing what we know is right vs what our client wants.
