-Should listen to the service engineer's demand we are the one who deal with the customer and fixing your equipment.
-Should involve more local Singaporean in the management, the management coming from Europe/SEA was disjointed with the Singapore working culture! The good thingsI cant think of any.
The challenges-Office at Tuas, no transportation arranged to pick you up, very far if you stay at East Side,
-No work-from-home arrangement, they expect you to be present in the office if you do not have any vessel to attend.
-very bad and low OT calculation, lowest in the marine market!
-no 13th-month bonus compared to other MNC marine companies, which is a big surprise, and you need to complete the target set by management to get around 1-month variable bonus. The target set by the management which was impossible to complete.
-Top management is only busy on making charts, graphs, and how to cut engineer benefits.
