    Job for workaholics
The good thingsDaily tasks are repetitive and lack of structure and control. Apply if you love overtime and unappreciated workdone.
The challenges1) Unorderly business processes Persistent inefficiency of manual system and unreasonable paperwork to process. All decisions are made by corporate and you deal with the workload or prepare to deal with the consequences. 2) Non-corporate workers are seen as easily dispensable. - Take leaves or Mc at your own risk. - SME business playbook to use part-timers and interns to be a temporary fix to problem. - Delayed response to address main issues or just ignore it until it becomes a huge problem. 3) Non-existence staff benefits Excessive workload and can't utilise benefits. 4) HR They are workers for the corporate class and your employment / reputation lies in their hands. Don't bother to tell them your issues as they will just call you incompetent.

Would have been 1 star if not of some nice experience working with some good colleagues.
The good thingsGood working colleagues ( Executive Chef & some managers like Banquet Manager, their staff) Finace is worse dept, never willing to help, self fish. only tell new candidate to help them to do their work however inew candidate ask them to solve. They not willing to do, must force them then they will do it. Advert at two career website working day is different.
The challengesStaff welfare, internal politics, work processes is too slow, take so much & give too little.

Good place but not for starting designers to learn
The good thingsThey provided me with a proper space as an intern and there was a proper introduction to the place. The company also have a canteen and provide free meals to the staff, which is really nice and the higher-ups always knows what they are doing and the HR staff was polite too.
The challengesI actually appreciate the patience and guidance my higher-ups have given me and I feel that they are really nice but I feel that it's not the place to actually learn as a graphic designer. Perhaps try out agency if you're keen to expose yourself to the industry and hone your skills. Because there isn't any actual studio and the budget is low, It's really hard to "level up" the marketing and all we can do is ordinary marketing. There isn't a DSLR camera to work with while doing food photography for their restaurants so I have to bring my own camera to do my given projects. Perhaps the management could invest a little more in the Marketing Communications Department to expect better results on their advertising side.

Great workplace with one of the best leaders in F&B.
The good thingsStaff and upper management were great and cohesive. Great place to learn from one of the best F&B Directors / leaders. A different style of leader, however one of the best to learn from. You will have a chance to learn as much as you can, as long as you would want to learn as much as you can.
The challengesChallenge on hiring staff. If only room service was not 24/7, it would have been a great place to work at. Terrains make it somewhat difficult to work.

A lot of unnecessary paper work. Too many politics that are negative. System not properly plan and some interference.
The good thingsBesides free food and uniform. Only the 2 months bonus that also depends on your performance.
The challengesThere's no challenging except for complaints.

    Average company
The good thingsThe people that you will work with and many challenges that will really make you grow as a stronger person
The challengesIt would be better if there is more trust between hotel staff and management as there is a lot of approvals required. 6 day work week with quite a bit of OT and benefits that are not enticing or motivating for me to work in the company.
