The good thingsDaily tasks are repetitive and lack of structure and control.
Apply if you love overtime and unappreciated workdone.
The challenges1) Unorderly business processes
Persistent inefficiency of manual system and unreasonable paperwork to process.
All decisions are made by corporate and you deal with the workload or prepare to deal with the consequences.
2) Non-corporate workers are seen as easily dispensable.
- Take leaves or Mc at your own risk.
- SME business playbook to use part-timers and interns to be a temporary fix to problem.
- Delayed response to address main issues or just ignore it until it becomes a huge problem.
3) Non-existence staff benefits
Excessive workload and can't utilise benefits.

They are workers for the corporate class and your employment / reputation lies in their hands.
Don't bother to tell them your issues as they will just call you incompetent.

Would have been 1 star if not of some nice experience working with some good colleagues.
The good thingsGood working colleagues ( Executive Chef & some managers like Banquet Manager, their staff) Finace is worse dept, never willing to help, self fish. only tell new candidate to help them to do their work however inew candidate ask them to solve. They not willing to do, must force them then they will do it. Advert at two career website working day is different.
The challengesStaff welfare, internal politics, work processes is too slow, take so much & give too little.
