Healthy Work Environment with Modest Benefits Structure
The good thingsBeen working at this company since 2017 in a positive and supportive environment. The working atmosphere is pleasant, with good collaboration among colleagues. Both my immediate superior and other internal and external departments provide continuous support. My superior consistently offers guidance, trust, and delegation, allowing subordinates opportunities to grow and develop. There is minimal to no micromanagement unless necessary, which encourages independence and professional development.
The challengesSalary increments are relatively small and tightly controlled. The overall remuneration package is not very competitive, as it is heavily dependent on company performance, which is not always strong. Healthcare and flexible benefit packages are capped at a limited amount, and there are no family care benefits provided.

Overall colleagues are helpful and operations goes 100% well. Since retrenchment, been missing the good times spend. Good bonuses & benefits.
The good thingsVery nice colleagues & supportive. As a supervisor, i’ve build my own team of 20++ staffs and operation never goes wrong. Bosses at Austria are friendly
The challengesMicro manage manager. New staff promoted to manager makes decision and operation even worse.
