Service Advisor tasked with Service Manager's responsibilities

The good thingsManagement was very supportive. Was able to manage on average 30-40 customers a day with limited staff in the light vehicle department. Had an amazing body shop that carried out excellent work. Was able to manage the workforce under me efficiently being the only service adviser at this specific workshop.

The challengesHad to cater to vast number of customers everyday with limited workforce. Successfully obtaining LPOs from credit customers was a challenge at month's ends. Most of the time had to pull in overtime to deliver on promises.
