    The good thingsThe commission structure is good. There is a good sales process system. There are a wide range of products to sell and there are no restriction.
    The challengesThe basic pay structure and it's AWS and variable bonus scheme is a challenge. Never an increment for 3 years. Never gotten AWS before. Variable bonus ($500) once only for the past 3 years. You only get your variable bonus IF you complete 2 years service and above in the company.
