    The good thingsI'd learned lots of things as the senior management treating all intermediate staff like member of a family. The company is always thinking employee's welfare and health.
    The challengesWhen the company adopting BIM as global push. We struggle at first, but with the team's eagerness and cooperation, shifting to BIM becomes easier because of all team member's efforts and continuous support of senior management.
