    A place to grow faster and independently than usual
    The good things- Colleagues are like family, seeing each other grow to be a better person - A lot of opportunity to learn and be ready to overwork. :P - Increment can be significant if you dedicate and contribute to the company. - Company is small, easier to be recognised and also easier to be identified whether good or bad.
    The challenges- Management decision changing too fast. - Focus too much on technical and too little on people. - Lack of definite company's vision and mission. - Only good for people who pursuing technical skills.
