    small group big politics
The good thingsEmployer does not bother you much as long as you produce result and do your job. As long as sales target is concerned, nothing else matters. Meaning that co-workers can come late and go home early as and when they like as long as they have the means to hit the target.
The challengesAs sales target is the main objective, your coworker will try ways and means to hit the target and at the same time deters you from getting yours. I was told that its the same in every sales industry but I feel that it is pretty toxic environment.

Admin job here can be tough here. A lot of ad-hoc duties beside your daily jobs. No one will cover your position when you are on leave, so just imagine the volume of work when you come back for your holiday or In Camp Training (Reservist)
The good thingsFamily work life balance. Easy to take annual leave. Good medical coverage.
The challengesTo make management understand that you are already overloaded, you need assistant or don't add on more jobs.
