The good thingsI was very excited and eager to learn new things when job commences...but
The challengesTop Managment Very Hgh Demands, give you a list for cold calls into the job and expect very high results. Zero tolerance if return empty handed. No team work or advices from others, they'll only replied... "Seriously, I don't know what/how to tell you?" Although OJT is provided as described but inadequate coaching and guidances in job role.
