The good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by coaching and learning. One of the things I like about the team is that they are co-operative. The company ensures that everyone has a conducive work environment by proper management. Some of the benefits that staff get to enjoy are bonus and food sharing. The strength of the company's leadership is seen in well progressive.

The challengesThe company has helped me to grow professionally by coaching and learning. The career and growth opportunities here are limited because too many CEO's relatives. One of the challenges I find working with the team here is that co-operative is a must. The weakness of the company's management team is seen in old style. I don't feel confident in the company's performance since the expanding has been stopped.
