Darkest period of my life (could be yours too)The good thingsWorking in Beacon makes you realize your limits and makes you stronger as long as it doesn't kill you
Working in Beacon makes you optimistic because when you’ve hit rock bottom, there’s only one way to go, and that’s up
The challengesFlexible hours and bonuses - working hours can be as long as you want them to be and we're looking at up to 100 hours per week. You can arrive at the office anytime you like, just make sure it's before the official start time. Occasionally you also get to work during your (medical) leave, or take a day off so that you can complete the mountainous pile of work without distractions at work. Bonuses are also quite flexible (well, delayed on a regular basis)
Management is fair - if you're in great terms with them, the lady boss especially.
Good pay and benefits - better than jobless I guess. But benefits...I don't recall having any
