What’s it like working at Beacon Consulting?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Beacon Consulting appreciate the friendly colleagues and the good experience for fresh graduates to start their careers. They also feel that working at the company can help them realise their limits and become stronger, as well as develop an optimistic mindset. Some reviewers noted that the pay and benefits are good, and the company provides quality training programs to help employees achieve service excellence.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as concerns about management being resistant to changes and updates, as well as potential micromanagement. Several reviewers mentioned long working hours, with expectations of overtime and weekend work, but felt that there were no bonuses or pay increments to compensate for the extra hours. There are also indications of a tight budget and lack of investment in innovation, as well as concerns about Beacon Consulting employing people with limited knowledge, making it tough to work as a team.

The good thingsWorking in Beacon makes you realize your limits and makes you stronger as long as it doesn't kill you Working in Beacon makes you optimistic because when you’ve hit rock bottom, there’s only one way to go, and that’s up
The challengesFlexible hours and bonuses - working hours can be as long as you want them to be and we're looking at up to 100 hours per week. You can arrive at the office anytime you like, just make sure it's before the official start time. Occasionally you also get to work during your (medical) leave, or take a day off so that you can complete the mountainous pile of work without distractions at work. Bonuses are also quite flexible (well, delayed on a regular basis) Management is fair - if you're in great terms with them, the lady boss especially. Good pay and benefits - better than jobless I guess. But benefits...I don't recall having any The review headline by Head of Shared Services (\"Not many places like this\") is only half right. There are no other places like this.
