The good things- Openness and willing to go the distance in order to achieve it's objective. - Management is willing to listen to it's people and always a 2 way communication. - Continuously adapt to new environment and technologies in order to stay competitive in the market. - The nature of it's business is \"retrenchment fail\". Everyone needs water and everyone needs energy. - The HQ is very involve and engage with it's people. Everyone works for me and I work for everyone.
The challengesIn this market or industries, cost is one of the challenging factor. We have to stay healthy and competitive in this industry and at the same time not to make a loss in our project(s). How to make a savings with a better costing and share the savings with our customers yet at the same time does not compromise on the quality.
