Bad experience, inefficient. Bad management. High turnover of staffs.The good thingsGood colleagues, but most good colleagues left already. Not many good things to mention here, used to be better.
The challengesWork is not automate, always overload with alot of work. Upper management that do not treat employees like their asset, super high turnover in the HQ office itself. Always having new faces every month, work hard to be done efficiently. A simple job needs to be amended many times.
