Bad experience, inefficient. Bad management. High turnover of staffs.
The good thingsGood colleagues, but most good colleagues left already. Not many good things to mention here, used to be better.
The challengesWork is not automate, always overload with alot of work. Upper management that do not treat employees like their asset, super high turnover in the HQ office itself. Always having new faces every month, work hard to be done efficiently. A simple job needs to be amended many times.

    Internship fell below expectations
The good thingsStaff discounts on all brands even for interns. The company itself is also quite well-known locally so might be good to have had some experience here on your resume.
The challengesToxic environment honestly; turnover rate actually seems really high. Mainly only did basic administrative work that can be done by anybody. While interns can leave on time, full-timers work OT everyday so work-life balance seems really poor. Super hierarchical as well. Would not consider working here full-time in the future.
