    It was a good experience if you would like to know what does a community inpatient setting runs.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working in BVH with my colleagues as everyone tends to help out one another with daily operations. Colleagues are open for discussion on in order to make better improvements for our working environment.
    The challengesManpower was always an issue and we focus a lot on operation as well as managing our own inventory issues as BVH does not has an alps team to assist with our inventory work.

    The good thingsManagement works closely knitted. Management is very united to come together to solve issue. Inter-departments are cooperative. Management is supportive to listen to the ground and get feedback. Allow ground staff to provide solutions.
    The challengesThere is a lack in career progression and no career development plan for the staff. Some of the department heads are too soft as a result, people take things for granted.
