    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Bright Vision Hospital appreciate the teamwork and collaboration among colleagues, who are open to discussion and helping each other in daily operations. The hospital provides opportunities for professional growth and enriching learning journeys, including for interns. The management is generally supportive, working closely with staff, listening to feedback, and allowing staff to provide solutions. Employees find their work rewarding, particularly in seeing patients' improvement, and the benefits provided are well taken care of.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as concerns regarding staffing levels, with manpower being an issue and a shortage of staff in certain departments like speech therapists. Some employees have indicated that the workload can be high, with not enough time to complete tasks. The hospital does not have a dedicated team to assist with inventory management, which can be an additional responsibility for some employees. There are also concerns about the lack of career progression and development plans for staff, as well as inconsistencies in management approach, with some department heads being perceived as too soft.
