management & HR does not have any idea on what is happening at their ground level operations. they are keener to groom younger teachers. HR simply works on their document & procedure.
Do not sign any bond with this organization unless you have fully scrutinized the work environment and is confirmed the culture of the center they assign you to works good for long term. if trainee break bond and leave due to intolerable conditions, company don't care about the previous commitment, they care about repayment money.
