IMPORTANT: Scrutinize the work environment carefully if you intend to sign bond or join long term
The good thingssome colleagues are good and does extend help such as the cooking auntie, cleaner and teachers.
The challengesdepends on your luck and the center you are assigned to work in a lot of cleaning, sweeping and mopping to help out during cleaner/ cooking auntie absence disrespectfulness and shouting from class teachers are regular principal is not communicative to trainee teachers turnover rate extremely high. there is new teacher coming in every week that don't stay beyond 2 years. management & HR does not have any idea on what is happening at their ground level operations. they are keener to groom younger teachers. HR simply works on their document & procedure. Do not sign any bond with this organization unless you have fully scrutinized the work environment and is confirmed the culture of the center they assign you to works good for long term. if trainee break bond and leave due to intolerable conditions, company don't care about the previous commitment, they care about repayment money.
