Very understanding towards employees with family, and does not frown on flexible arrangements at work. You are empowered to make well-considered business decisions, and credit is given whenever due. Counselling if needed is done in private, and there is genuine camaraderie amongst colleagues.
The challengesResources can be stretched, and you must be street-smart to maximise whatever you are given. Sometimes changes also occur quickly, and everyone must fall into place and adapt accordingly.
