    The good thingsThe company ensures that everyone has a conducive work environment by providing prayer room for minorities. One of the things I like about the team is that they managing a balanced multiethnic management structure and provide competitive salary based on individual skills and experiences.
    The challengesOne of the challenges I find working with the team here is that some procedures are lot followed through or enforced by managers that creates a bit of friction; however their BW Way or talk to other than talk about other is believed to be able to overcome the issues.
