    The current work environment and internal dynamics limit opportunities for growth and improvement.
    The good thingsonly for purchase that had 50% of for cake, drinks and others is only at 30%
    The challengesThe team is small and handles all operations independently, but there is limited guidance or knowledge sharing for new or unfamiliar tasks. Accountability can sometimes be unclear, with a tendency for blame-shifting when issues occur. Social groups within the office can make it difficult for others to integrate if they are not part of these circles. Additionally, the approval process is often delayed due to internal coordination challenges.

    Micromanagement, no appreciation towards employees of all levels and overworked most of the time

    The challengesNo career advancement opportunities, very bad micromanagement top down and always had to work beyond working hours. No appreciation towards employees which led to very high turnover rates of performing employees. No compassion or empathy towards employees

    Rewarding Experience and Growth
    The good thingsI have worked in this company for 3 years and it has been a very rewarding and eye-opening experience. Handling the tasks and brand on hand has helped me grow confidently as a person - my communication skills, problem-solving skills, managing skills.
    The challengesStress will always be a factor nomatter where you work at but this has only made me a stronger individual as compared to my peers. If you are capable, you will be overseeing more tasks, but that only means that you have done something good throughout the time you have worked here. F&B is a fast industry but work and life balance is determined by you.
