Calvary Community Care (C3) is a not-for-profit voluntary welfare organization registered in March 2010. Our mission is to serve the needy in the community regardless of race, age, gender or religion.Our programmes & objectives:CHILDREN: Reading support programmes such as GROW (Gain Reading, Oral and Writing skills), StoryL.A.B. (Literacy Awareness Builders) and other literacy support programmes for pre-school childrenYOUTH: Aspirations, Confidence, Excellence (ACE). C3 partners with schools and the community to run a total of 9 youth drop-in centres to meaningfully engage youths after school. We have also developed a resilience programme targeting youth in the Normal Academic/Technical stream in mainstream secondary schools.COUNSELLING: ACE Star - we provide counselling services to youths between 13 to 25 years of age who experience challenges that may cause personaldistress. We also conduct customised workshops to educate and enhance mental wellness.SENIORS: Befriending and Active Aging – visiting frail or socially isolated seniors regularly and organizing activities to engage and keep seniors active/
